Jay nodded slowly, he'd been stupid to think that and now he didn't think he'd ever stop blushing.

Carter went into his room, collapsing onto the bed before falling asleep.

The next morning Carter went into the kitchen area and made breakfast, putting the food on the table before walking outside and chopping up some firewood.

Jay woke with a yawn and slowly sat up, he pet the wolf pup that walked up to him.
