Life As He Knew It (Open)

"Yeah. Thats why I got up, resulting in me falling off the bed," Randy replied, chuckling. He got up, walking over to his stuff and getting out some clean clothes.

John chuckled and finished fixing his hair. When they were ready, theyleft the hotel and drive to the Doctor's office. John checked in before sitting next to Randy. "I hate Doctor's office. Did I ever tell you it smells like sick people and rubber gloves?" He asked.

"Every time we go to a Doctors office," Randy replied, chuckling.

John chuckled and kissed Randy's cheek before his name was called. He got up and pulled Randy with him as the Nurse took his weight and blood pressure, the usual stuff. After that, the lady guided them int a room with he ultrasound machine. She instructed John to lay down on the seat and lift his shirt. He did as he was told, and revealed his 7 week old baby bump.

Randy smiled, sitting next to John and taaking his hand. He took a deep breath. These always made him nervous.

John smiled and waited for the lady to get started. He shivered when she put that cold gel on his tummy before using that camera thingy, revealing the little girl inside him up on the screen. John smiled when he saw Gianna. "And there is your baby." The lady said with a smile. "She looks as healthy as a baby can get."

Randy smiled softly, tearing up. He looked at the screen, still unable to believe that this was happenning to him and his love.

John smiled, looking up at Randy and pulling him down for a kiss. "That's our baby..." He whispered, still not believing it. A few tears fell down his cheeks. "Oh my god, that's our baby... inside me..." He whispered. Seeing it on screen, it finally hit him. He was having a baby. He was having a daughter.

Randy smiled again, wiping the tear that fell from his eye. "That is it, baby. That it is," he said quietly.

John smiled. He couldn't wait. They finished the appointment, the lady giving them a picture of the ultrasound before they were able to leave. John suck down in the car seat, rubbing his tummy as Gianna fluttered happily inside.

Randy smiled and drove to the hotel, speeding the whole way. He parked and got out, waiting for JOHN.

John got out, slipping his hand in Rnayd's as he walked. He was starting to feel happy again...
5 months later, and John was 5 months pregnant. He was dead asleep. He had been so tired and sick latly, he had completely forgotten that it was his birthday.

Randy walked into his and Johns bedroom of their house, chuckling when he saw John asleep. He climbed into bed, gently kissing his neck, trying to wake him.

John groaned. "Mmm... Carlisle, stop licking me." He grumbled tiredly, snuggling into the pillows. He curled his legs around his now-larger baby bump, wanting to sleep some more.

Randy chuckled, kissing him again. "Come on, baby," he said quietly.

John whined but opened up his bright green eyes, yawning loudly. "Mkay, I'm awake. What do you want?" He mumbled tiredly.

Randy smiled, pulling a long, velvet box from behind him, handing it to John. For his birthday, Randy bought him a diamond tennis braclet, to start with.

John smiled brightly, sitting up and opening the box. He squealed happily. "It's beautiful, thank you so much!" He shrieked happily, and kissed Randy passionately, finally remembering it was his birthday. "I love you." He said happily.

Randy smiled. "I love you, too. Happy birthday," he said and kissed Johns cheek. "Now if you go downstairs, there's breafast waiting.

John smiled brightly and slid out of bed. He could smell the food, and could make out what it was. Being pregnant, he had the nose of a bloodhound. He put his hand over his stomach as he went downstairs, smiling when he saw all the food. It was all his favorites. He immediately dug in.

Randy smiled and leaned against the doorway, his arms crossed as he watched John eat. It was amazing how well he knew this man.

John finished his meal, not a crumb left on any of the plates. What could he say? He was eating for two. He let his head rest on the counter of the island, rubbing his stomach. He glanced up at Randy. That was good. Best birthday presents ever. Thank you." He said with a smile.

Randy smiled. "You act like thats it. Go get dressed and meet me in the garage," he said, kissing Johns cheek and walking to the garage.

John raised a brow, but did as he was told. He went upstairs, got dressed, fixed his hair and went down to the garage to meet Randy.

Randy stood outside the garage, the doors closed. He smiled at John and took his hand. "So, what car have you always wanted?" he asked.
