Life As He Knew It (Open)

Randy smiled brightly. "Thats good. And yeah, I did. I did a lot of exercising with John. I forgot how much of a hard ass he was in the gym," he chuckled, setting John down and grabbing his hand and a few bags and started walking. "I forgot how funny Adam is. I havennt hung out with him since our tag team days. Ive been rooming with him so I havent really been alone at night. I had a cuddle buddy."

John raised a brow. "You cuddled with Adam?" He chuckled. "Doesn't bother me, so long as he kept his hands to himself. I had my friends, Brandon and Tyler over. They cuddled with me at night, stayed over for the two weeks since I couldn't drive or cook." He said. "And I'm glad you had fun without me. Good to know that we won't be depressed every time we're separated." He said smiling.

Randy smiled. "Im glad. So what did you do?" he asked as he put Johns stuff in the car.

John shrugged. "Well, because of my neck I really couldn't party. So me and the boys stayed in, we drank... a lot. Acted like idiots. Dalton and Carlisle accidentally got into a bottle of Tequila, but they're fine. I slept in... a lot. I didn't do much, really. I tried to relax as much as possible." He said, getting in the passenger side.

Randy nodded. He wasnt particularly happy about the drinking a lot but whatever. He got in the drivers seat, driving to the hotel. "Well, Im glad you had a good time."

John nodded. "Yeah, I did. But I missed you like hell. No one's is as good a cook as you. And with the eating... I accidentally puked it up once or twice." He sighed sadly. He didn't make himself puke, its just... sometimes he couldn't stomach food.

Randy nodded. He understood. "You're gonna stop that near me. Your friends may not give you consequences but I will," he said. "I dont know if you've been watching Raw and Smackdown! but Ive been working overtime doing promos and wrestling on both shows trying to up our feud."

John sighed. "I know, I've been watching. Sorry you've been doing all the work in this feud so far. But I can't help if I've been out." He said. He'd have to work extra hard when he returned. He knew he'd have to deal with a lot of people coming after his title, but John could take it. He's been through worse. "Wait, what do you mean, consequences?"

"Ones that will leave you alone with your hand for a night or two," Randy replied coolly.

John pouted. "Why would you do that? I can't help it if I puke up my food." He mumbled.

"Its will power, John. That pout isnt gonna get you anywhere with me on this subject. Ive been far too lenient towards you but thats going to change. And dont think you can get out of it by hanging out with Mike or Cody, because they know you need to eat. You need to understand that there are consequences to your action, even the ones you cant control," Randy said. He knew that all too well.

John huffed. Great... Mike and Cody were his last resort. "Geeze, what are you? My father?" He muttered. Even his father didn't make him eat if he couldn't. Because sometime he could not eat. He looked down, tears in his eyes as he kicked puppy look started to form. He hated this. He felt like a punished child. He glanced at the time, mentally cursing when it was dinner time. Randy had said they were meeting up with their friends for dinner, but that still didn't make him feel better. He didn't wanna eat...

"John, please dont do this. I only want whats best for you. You need to get better and I need to make sure youre eating. Now, we're going to dinner and you're eating," Randy said, pulling up to the restaurant and parking.

John grumbled to himself, but smiled as they went inside and saw all their friends. John squeaked when they attacked him with hugs, even Ted hugged him which stunned him because he didn't think Ted liked him much. "Hey guys, I missed all of you." He said with a smile as he sat down at their table.

Randy sat next to him, eyeing him but a smile on his face nonetheless. He loved spending time with his friends and his lover. He looked through the menu, glancing at John out of the corner of his eye.

John looked at the menu, nothing seeming appetizing to him. The very thought of food was making his stomach churn. He glanced at Randy. "Do I have to?" He whispered, not knowing if all his friends knew of his eating problem.

"Yes, Jonathan. You have to," Randy replied, not looking at John. "They know, you dont have to whisper."

John huffed before Adam turned to him. "John, don't be stubborn. You need to eat." He said/ John pouted. "But... I can't. The thought of it makes me sic-" Adam cut him off. "John, it doesn't matter. Your eating." He stated firmly, the rest of the table agreeing. "But guys I-" Everybody at the table cut him off. "You're eating!' They said in unison. John sunk down in his chair. "Kay..."

Randy sighed. He hated having to do this to John but he needed to get better. "And dont even think about puking it up later. There are consequences," he said sternly.

John felt like crying. He sniffed slightly. "Fine." He grumbled. When the waiter came over, John grudgingly gave his order. "Salmon, salted." He muttered and took a sip of his water.

Randy snorted. "You need sides with that," he said, looking at John.

John wanted to smack Randy upside the head. "Fine. I'll had mashed potatoes with that." He muttered. "And if you say that's not good enough, I will slap you." He said to Randy.

"Vegatable," Randy replied. "Slap me all you want. A balanced meal."

"You enjoy torturing me." John said before turning back to the waiter. "Broccoli with that." He said before burying his face in his hands, trying not to cry. He hated this...

Randy sighed. "Filet mignon, medium-well with mashed potatoes and french style green beans," he said before turning back to John. "Babe, I know you dont want to but this is for your own good."
