Mother of My Kid

John shrugged. "Fashion or hair. But I can' afford school." He sighed.

"You can after I pay you for being a surrogate." Belle reasoned

John bit his lip. "You'd do that?"

"its not like your gonna use it to go out and by drugs." She joked and nudged him. "Plus, your doing alot for me."

John chuckled. "Thanks. But... I have done drugs, before..." He admitted.

Belle pursed her lips. If she gave him the money that was her showing her trust. She thought everyone deserved a second chance. "Well I am going to give it to you for school. I trust you to use it as such."

John smiled. "I will. I'm not going down that road again... it almost killed me." He sighed.

"When did you go on the road?" She asked as she got up.

John sighed. "I was about... 20. I was addicted to heroin. I looked horrible. I had track marks covering my arms, I was underweight and deathly pale. I don't wanna be like that again." He said, biting his lip.

Belle looked at him nodding and waiting for him to continue. "Its ok Johnny. We all change."

John shook his head. "I was a stripper... before this. I danced and stripped in clubs during the day and late into the night. And past midnight, I was a prostitute." He explained.

Belle took Johnnys hand in hers and squeezed his hand

John let out a breath. "I knew... I knew when he started this, you wouldn't like me. Because of what I've done... who I am. I've done some stupid things, Belle."

"We all do stupid things. What do you mean who?" She asked.

Johns shrugged. "I'm a gay, ex hooker, stripper and junkie. Of all the people you could have had be a surrogate, you choose the one with the most baggage." He chuckled.

"Baggage just means I get to help you unpack." Belle said smiling to Johnny

John chuckled. "That's clever." He said, smiling.

Belle shrugged smirking. "What can I say? Im a clever girl." She said standing up and pulling Johnny with her. "Wanna know what makes me better?"

"Food?" John asked hopefully.

"Duh!" She said smiling and going to the kitchen. "Now lets see what we have that we can eat then regret later when we have to fit into smaller jeans."

John smiled and sat at the kitchen table, waiting eagerly for his junk food.

"So Ice cream sundeas or popcorn or both?" She asked smiling

John smiled brightly. "Both! Duh." He chuckled.

"Movie?" She asked as she made the sundeas. She scooped the ice cream into seperate bowls and put the popcorn in the microwave

John nodded. "Put on a chick flick." He chuckled.
