I Get Carried Away.

Mike turned, looking panicked.
"J-Johnny? Whats this?!"

John turned. "Mike this... I'm killing you. Your stressed... Your hurt... Mike I'm... I'm killing your smile. If you have this baby with me your going to be hurt. And if I don't... your still gonna be hurt because of the way I act. And then... you and Jake. The way you compare me to him... it kills me, and I can't take it. And not to mention the fact that you don't trust me, and I'm unreliable. Who would wanna marry someone like that Mike?" He whispered, tears in his eyes.

"Me, I love you....." Johnny was leaving him.....His Johnny.....gone.....

John stepped forward, gently stroking Mike's cheek. "Oh Mizzy... I don't wanna leave you. It kills me but I just... I feel like your not happy. And how can I marry you if you don't trust me? And... even if you did stay... you'd be unhappy if I had this baby because you know there's a chance its not yours, no matter what I say. I just... I don't know how to make you happy..." John said, sniffing as tears started to fall down his cheeks.

Mike didnt know what to stay, he just stared at his love with heartbroken eyes.

John knew he should leave, but he looked into his lover's heartbroken eyes and he was frozen... he couldn't move... he couldn't leave. "B-Baby? P-Please... say s-something..." He whispered.

Mike couldn't, he just looked away.
Jake stepped out and watched a moment before sighing.
"C'mon Johnny."

John looked down, wiping his eyes and walked away from the love of his life. Every step, his heart hurt. When he and Jake got back in the car, John broke down and cried, sobbing hard into Jake's chest. That was the painful thing he'd every done. And he knew he would never, ever get over Mike.

Mike stayed out there until very late in the night, crying. He got up and went back to their hotel. He tripped several times before getting there. He looked around the room, his eyes landing on John's favorite razor. He broke it, slamming it down hard and harvesting the razor out of it. He sat down and looked at it closely, running a finger over it and smiling at the little trickle of blood. He held out his wrist and ran the blade over one, cutting it deep and giggling as blood spurted from the wound. He found his little alcohol stash, taking out his jack daniels and putting it to his lips, guzzling it down before making another cut on his other wrist.

John cursed. "Shit, I forgot my stuff in Mike's room, I'll be right back." He said to Jake and went back up to the hotel room. He opened the door and found Mike, bleeding, a broken JD bottle next him. "Mike!" He screamed, immediately going to check on him. He grabbed a shirt laying on the floor and wrapped it around Mike's bleeding wrists. "Mike... why the hell would you do this?" John whispered, looking into Mike's eyes.

"Cuz your leaving me...." Mike slurred drunkenly, pained as he looked down at the blood seeping through the shirt.

"Because I thought that's was was best... but it seems whether I'm with or without you your always getting hurt... Baby, you'll be better without me. Healthier... happier... you don't need me... or a possible rapists baby." John said quietly, grabbing another shirt and wrapping it around Mike's wrist... it was John's favorite shirt but he could care less right now.

Mike ignored him, roughly pulling away and reaching for his razor, pressing it to his neck and drawing it across. Not as deep as others because he was weak from the blood he was losing.

John growled, grabbing the razor and straddling Mike so he couldn't move. He held the razor to his own neck. "You fucking move an inch and you'll lose me and this baby, understand?" John snapped. He was dead serious, and Mike knew it.

Mike blinked at him and nodded, but he couldn't help the way his hands twitched as the blood left them.

The ambulance came and took Mike away, John insisting he go with him. John sat in the back with Mike, stroking his cheek. "I'm so sorry Mike... This is all my fault, I'm so sorry..." John whispered to the love of his life. Why did he have to ruin everything? Why did he always have to hurt Mike?

Mike whimpered, his eyes closing as the blood slipped from his body. John was leaving him....
He would be alone...
Without his love.

John's eyes widened. "Hey, baby I'm right here, don't close your eyes please.. I won't leave, I promise just please..." John cried. "Don't leave me, open your eyes please... I'm right here, and not going anywhere... please..." He whispered.

Mike was trying, they would open and close, his eyes dull and rolled back. He groaned weakly, he was in pain. All the diver could do was hit bumps and make sharp turns.

They finally arrived to the hospital. they took Mike away, and forced John to stay in the waiting room. John sat down, buried his face in his hands, but he didn't cry. He had to be strong this time, for Mike... for both of them.

They thought Mike wouldnt make it, he had lost so much blood and he wasn't responding to anything they did.

Hours later the Doctor came out and called John's name. "How is he? Is he okay? Did he make it?" Mike had to make it. He had to... John would do anything if it meant the love of his life would survive. If he had to stay with Mike, fine they'd work out their issues. If he had to leave, then fine, so long as Mike was happy and healthy. He just... couldn't let Mike go, not now.

The doctor looked grim.
"He has lost a lot of blood. He wont respond to any of our ministrations. He is alive, but he is not waking up...meaning right now he seems to be in a coma. He has some brain activity."

"Let me see him... please let me see him." John begged quietly.

"Of coarse." The doctor led John to Mike's room. He opened the door and there was Mike. Several cords leading from his deathly pale body. Needles in his arm, blood stained bandages on his arms and necks.
