Life As We All Knew It

"Yeah, we did. We both had a lot of problems," Rabdy said, chuckling.

Gianna chuckled and nodded. "What your guys's like... worst fight?" She asked, almost hypnotized while listening stories about her parents.

"Our worst fight? I think when we were in therapy, talking about our problems together. That was pretty bad," Randy replied, chuckling.

Gianna laughed. "Therapy? You fought in therapy? What di you guys say to each other that was so bad?" She asked.

"I don't even remember. It was a long time ago. But he said that 'Taker was better in bed than me and I called him a diva then we fought and I stormed out," Randy replied.

Gianna blinked. "Ouch. That musta' hurt, for both of you. So... do remember when you first realized you loved him?" She asked eagerly.

"The first time? Yeah, I remember," Randy replied with a soft smile.

Gianna smiled. "What do you love about him?" She asked softly.

"Everything. His smile, his laugh, his personality. The way he cares so deeply. How he takes care of me and of you. Everything and so much more," Randy smiled, his mind off in another world.

"Awwwww, you two musta been so cute... until you got old and had a kid." Gianna teased lightly.

Randy made a face. "I am not old. And I'm still sexier than most guys in their twenties," he replied.

Gianna blinked. "Keep thinking that Daddy. But you're like... 46. You're old. Mommy still looks young though..." She trailed off.

Randy scowled. "Are you telling me I look old?" he asked incredulously.

"What? No... just... you're beard is grey and..." Gianna fumbled over her words.

Randy crossed his arms. "Uh huh," he said skeptically.

Gianna bit her lip. "It's just.... You still look young but... Mom looks younger is all." She chuckled nervously.

"Right," Randy said, rolling his eyes. He should probly get back to John. He stood up and stretched. "I need to get back to your Mom," he said and kissed her cheek before walking out of the room.

Gianna nodded and smiled.
John was laying in bed, feeling sick and like shit. He looked up and sat up when Randy came in. "What did you tell her?" He said. his voice cracking.

"A lot," Randy chuckled and laid in bed next to John, pulling him close. "Don't worry. I only told her what I knew she could handle."

John nodded and pressed close to Randy. "And how'd she take it?" He asked, his head resting on Randy's chest.

"Better than I did," Randy replied, chuckling.

John chuckled. "Oh, I'm sure." He sighed. "SHe has gymnastic practice in a couple hours. You wanna take her for me?" He asked.

"Sure," Randy smiled and kissed John's cheek gently.

John smiled. "Thanks. And if she falls, don't have a tantrum. It's part of the sport." He chuckled.

"Why do you assume I would have a tantrum? I'm the one who wanted her to wrestle. She would have gotten more hurt than in gymnastics," Randy said.
