Breaking The Habit (Open)

Evan took a deep breath as he hurried back to the hotel, with his supply cluched to his chest. He run into his room and into the bathroom, where he took another deep breath before quickly getting everything ready. He had too do this quickly he didn't know when his roommate would be back. He had gotten everything perpared when he glanced into the mirror bitting his lip at what he saw. He didn't even know himself anymore, he couldn't do this anymore. Evan quickly dumped the drugs before reaching inside his bag and pulling out a small razor blade, he took a deep breath before quickly cutting one wrist and then the other. He leaned against the wall watching as the blood dripped to the floor, sighing when he realised he didn't leave a note or anything but he lost the thought as the door opened and his roommate came in.

Randy walked in, feeling great. "Evan! Im ba..." he trailed off, eyes going wide when they landed on Evan. "Evan!" he exclaimed, running over to him. He checked his pulse, which was weak. He pulled out his phone, dialing 911 and telling them what happened. He pulled Evan into his lap as he waited for the medics to come.
About 10 minutes later, with his breathing shallow and his pulse even weaker, Evan was lifted onto a gurney and carried out. They put him into the ambulence when they got there, and Randy got into his car, following them.
They rushed him into the hospital, telling Randy he had to wait in the waiting room. Randy growled but complied, staying in the waiting room, pacing back and forth. When he finally sat down, a few tears rolled down his cheeks.
"Why, Evan? Why did you do this? What did I miss that was making you feel so down?" he whispered, wiping the tears though they just got replaced with new ones.

A hour later a doctor come into the waiting room "Is there anyone here for Evan Bourne?"

Randy stood up, wiping the tears, sniffling and taking a deep breath. "Thats me," he said.

"Well i have good news, it was touch and go for a minute but Mr. Bourne is going to be ok." the doctor said.

Randy let out a breath he didnt know he was holding. "Thank God. When can I see him?" he replied.

"You can go see him now but he's still asleep." The doctor said before giving Randy Evan's room number.

Randy ran to Evans room, sitting in a chair next to the bed and taking his hand. "God, Evan, you're so stupid," he muttered, kissing his temple.

Evan slowly opened his eyes.

Randy smiled, tears running down his face. "Hey there," he said.

Evan looked away before softly saying "Hey."

"Evan..." Randy started. He wanted to ask him why he was so stupid, why he was suicidal. But he didn't know how.
