Life As We All Knew It

John helped Randy into the chair before getting everybody their food before sitting down himself. "Mommy... you should have another kid. I get bored as an only child." Gianna whined. John blinked at her. "You were enough to handle. Like I need another you..." He chuckled.

Randy chuckled and began to eat his meal. He would love another kid, but he couldn't take care of it. He was too weak too often.

Gianna pouted. "But Mommy..." John gave her a look. "I'm in my 40s. I will not carry around another child inside me ever again... You were born in an elevator by the way." He said. Gianna blinked. "Good to know." She pouted and continued to eat.

Randy chuckled. "Another kid would be nice," he said softly.

John raised a brow. "You want another kid?" He asked. He'd be fine with another kid... it's just the pregnancy that was hell.

Randy shrugged. "I mean, I wouldn't be able to do much and I don't wanna stick you with all the work. But it'd be nice to have a Randy Jr," he said.

Gianna looked at her father. "Randy Jr.?" She chuckled. John shook his head. "I'd be fine with another kid. I'll stick Gianna with all the cleaning." He snickered. Gianna stuck her tongue out at her Mom. "No really, if ya'll had another a I woud help... but no diapers." She chuckled.

Randy chuckled. "Yes, he would be Randy Jr. Randal Keith Orton, Junior. Ted got his fathers name and look at how he turned out," he said.

John blinked. "I'm gonna let that one slide..." He chuckled. Gianna bit her lip and looked at John and Randy. "Mom, Dad... I wanna do gymnastics." She said, awaiting her parents reaction.

Randy shrugged. "Go ahead. You would do better in wrestling in my opinion, but it's up to you," he said. Then he looked at John.

John sighed. "I'll let you do it. Just... be careful. It's a brutal sport and I don't want you to get hurt." He said. He had hope Gianna would choose that sport... but he wouldn't say no to her dream.
Gianna squealed and kissed them both. "Thank you, thank you, thank you!" She shrieked happily. John chuckled. "I'll find you a coach tomorrow, okay?" He said. Gianna smiled. "Thank you so much!"

Randy chuckled. He took a few more bites of his meal before he couldn't eat anymore. "I'll do the dishes," Randy said, getting up.

John sighed. "Alright, baby..." He said. clearing the table after they finished.

Randy did the dishes, careful not do anything he would regret. He finished a while later, sighing and turning around, facing John.

"Baby, you feelin' okay?" John asked softly, wrapping his arms around his husband.

"Yeah," Randy replied. He sighed. "I don't want her in gymnastics."

John sighed. "I know... I don't know if she can make that kind of commitment. It's a tough sport... But I'm not gonna tell her no." John sighed, biting his lip.

"I don't want to tell her no. But she doesn't have the body for it. She's too filled out," Randy said, wrapping his arms around John.

John pursed his lips. "She's actually pretty lithe. Flexible from the shitload of cheerleading she does. She has balance. So it's not like she'd be starting from scratch if she started it. At most... she'd start at level 3 or 4. Which is a lot for a beginner." He said.

Randy looked at him. "I don't care," he stated.

"What? You don't think she can do it?" John asked.

"I'm not saying that. I'm saying I don't want her to do it," Randy replied.

"Well that's a shame, because you already told her yes. So she's doing it." John said.

"Whatever, John. I'm going to a bike ride," Randy said, brushing past him and heading toward the garage.

John clenched his jaw. It was times like this where he wanted to strangled Randy. He was acting like a fucking child, and it annoyed the living hell out of John.
