"Maybe you aren't the same man who raised me. Maybe you were never that kind man Jerry," Nolee said softly.

Jerry glared. "I am a kind man and that bitch Hennigan deserves what I gave him!" He snapped, letting it all slip out in his rage.

Nolee teared up, "Daddy..."

Jerry sighed. "Look, I'm sorry Nolee... I was trying do what's best for ya. I just don't want you around people like John or Carter..."

"Daddy I'm well past the age of 18. I can choose my friends," Nolee grumbled, "And John's my best friend. I don't think you're telling me the truth when it comes to how you got hurt."

Jerry huffed. "It was there fault... They were making out in the hallway! A public lace, and I told the fags to cut it out... Hennigan didn't listen and told me to make him... so I did." He grumbled.

"Your dispicable!" Nolee exclaimed, pushing herself away from the table and standing up. "They have every right to kiss just like any other couple!"

"No they don't! It's disgusting, Nolee. i don;t know how you don't see it!" Jerry exclaimed.

"I do see it. I see two people very much in love kissing each other!" Nolee shouted back.

Jerry raised a brow. "Then go to them, see if I care."

"I know you don't care. Hell, Micheal Cole cares more about my feelings than you do apparently," Nolee growled starting to walk away.

Jerry growled, shaking his head.

A the hospital, John was still asleep, still in a neck brace, and still on seizure watch. (If that even exists XD))

Nolee arrived at the hospital and made her way back to John's room where Carter still sat. "What are you doing here?"

"Jerry lied to me..."

"No sh-" Carter cut himself off when he saw how upset Nolee was, "Hey, kid, it's okay."

John could hear Nolee and Carter's voices, and tried to come out of his sleep... tried to open his eyes and apologize to Nolee for hurting her.

Nolee frowned, "I never saw his lies until they were staring me in the face."

"Hey, Jerry is a good man, except when it comes to stuff like this..." Carter trailed off.

"Really?"

"He raised you didn't he? He didn't have to do that." Carter shrugged, pulling Nolee into the chair next to him.

John groaned, his eyes slowly opening, his hand twitching. He hurt, his head was pounding, and this neck brace was uncomfortable. He glanced over, seeing Carter and Nolee.

Carter saw Johnny opened his eyes and let out silent tears, thanking God. "Hey baby..."

"Johnny..." Nolee smiled sadly.

"Hi..." John croaked out, closing his eyes again, the light hurting.

Carter smiled, "Yer gonna be okay..."

John smiled weakly. "Told you I'd never leave you... I'm to stubborn to let this bring me down." He chuckled quietly.

Carter smiled, "I was so scared for a while there."

Nolee just sat in silence, looking at her lap.

John smiled then glanced up at Nolee. "You okay?" He asked softly.

Nolee looked at him sadly, "What do you think?"

John bit his lip. "I-I'm sorry..." He whispered.

"Don't be. I'm the idiot that trusted him."
