John looked down. "Please, don't ruin your relationship with your father because of me..." He whispered.

John smiled, his eyes watering. "I'd give you a hug, but I can't with this stupid neck brace." He said, pouting.

Nolee laughed, "Why did they put yeh in that?"

John sighed. "I had a bad seizure. They put it so that if I haf anotjer one, I wouldn't injure my neck." He explained.

"A...a seizure? What do they think is wrong with you?" Nolee asked, looking from John to the silent Carter.

"My head hit the floor pretty hard. I may or may not have a concussion. But they saif I should good and healthy by the end of the wrek at least." He said.

Carter smiled, "And then yer on bedrest. I won't let yeh do anything yeh don't gotta do."

John pouted. "But... But... I gotta wrestle!" He whined like a child

"Not with a neck like that you don't!" Nolee and Carter echoed. They looked at each other and laughed.

"But I'm serious baby boy, yeh gotta go on bedrest. When yeh get better yeh can fight again." Carter smiled.

John pouted, feeling like a child being scolded by his parents. "Kay..." He said. His neck was pretty sore, and he knew were just looking out for him.

"Babe, I'm sorry," Carter frowned.

John smiled softly. "Its fine... I love you."

"I love yeh to baby boy," Carter smiled.

Nolee bit her lip, "I should probably get goin'."

John frowned. "Why? I want you to stay."

"You two look like you need alone time," Nolee smiled softly.

"Nah, yeh stay with him fer a moment. I have to go get something fer us all to eat," Carter smiled, "Whatcha guys want?"

John pursed his lips. "Anything, really. But nothing big, you know I don't eat much." He chuckled.

"Anything I need to watch out fer?" Carter asked, "Just want a cheeseburger?"

"How about just a chicken salad?" John asked hopefully.

"Does it matter from where?" Carter asked, grabbing one of the pamphlets in the room, tearing off a corner and writing down the list for food. "And what about yeh sis?"

"Um, I just ate but if you could get me a chocolate lovers Blizzard from Dairy Queen I'd love you forever," Nolee laughed, "Oh and some rootbeer to."

John chuckled at them. "It doesn't matter, baby." He said.

"Yeh sure? What do yeh want to drink?" Carter asked.

John shrugged. "Water is fine. I'm not very hungrh. Never am, really." He chuckled.
