There's Beautiful People... And There's You

(For Mikey)

John Hennigan, aka John Morrison, was certainly a sight to behold. Having won Tough Enough, he was making his way out of being on of the Green guys, to being a crowd favorite. And how could he not? He was gorgeous, talented, and knew just what to do to get the crowd riled off. Though his problem was he was shaky on the mic. He loved attention, but he had his moments where he'd rather speak with his hips and his talent, than simply trash tal his opponent... though he was damn good at it.

So there he was, at the guerrilla position. He had his furry, skin tight gear on. His fur coat hanging over the back of a chair. After he stretched, he sat down on the chair, and flied his nails. His opponent was some kid named Mike Mizanin. He never heard of him, never seen what he looked like. He'd been told he was some reality star from Real World. John didn't care, really. Mike couldn't be anything special.

Oh but Mike Mizanin was truly something. He was a kid who had never had much, and never had anyone believing in him, so what did he do? He believed in himself and he worked his way up. Though he was still not very well known, he was going to get there one way or the other. Unlike John Morrison, he was not a sexy piece of eye candy, though he was no where near unappealing, with his large blue eyes and his dazzling smile. His body too wasnt anything flabby, though not near as tight as John's. Mike's biggest strength was the way he handled himself on the mic. Yes, Mike loved to talk and he did it all the time. His in ring experience wasnt too shabby either.


Mike watched John carefully as he made his way to the ring in his lose red bedazzled shorts, the velvet black fedora which sat perched atop his head did nothing to cover his oceanic eyes that were stuck to John like glue. He had heard of Morrison before, actually he harbored a bit of a crush for the man he had never met. He had watched John win Tough Enough, he had watched the man perform many times but never had he ever spoken to him, and now certainly was not the time. Even though Mike was a bit of a ladies man,(Morrison Magnet) Business came first.

John chewed on his lip when as Mike made his way down to the ring. The man, physically, wasn't anything significant. But there was a charm about him. His dazzling smile, his baby face, his sweet blue eyes, his sun-kissed blond hair and glowing disposition. Mike had confidence. And believe it or not, John was attracted to confidence first, and looks later. John's green eyes ate up Mike, piercing through him, picking him apart.

"Ready, Mizanin?" He chuckled tauntingly. John wasn't much of a talker on the mic. In fact, he was extremely nervous. But as a fighter? As a wrestler? John didn't lack skill. So he circled Mike like a prowling panther, waiting for the bell.

Mike rolled his eyes at John, shaking his head. Mike too was rather stunning in the ring, though he really shined on his mic. "Ready? Did I need to prepare for something? I thought you were second rate, nothing but grade A meat." Mike stuck his tongue out at Morrison. He was a charming man, but he still had that childish tint, being playful and quick to pick on someone. His blond hair highlighted his blue eyes that darted around the ring, as he waited for the bell to ring, the gears in his head churned.

Though Mike was confident, he was nervous, though you would never know it. His lightly bronzed skin was only barely touched by the sun, though it gleamed as the lights of the arena lit his skin. Mike's large smile though disappeared as soon as the bell rang. This was the change. This was going from Mike to Miz. The Miz was rough, this Miz was tactile and full of himself, arrogant, and merciless. As soon as the bell rang, The Miz locked arms with Morrison, his muscles rippling under his skin as he held onto the other man. His face, though still hansom, was drawn in focused lines.

Johnny simply chuckled and winked at him. John floated more like a butterfly around the ring. So when Mike grabbed him, he slithered out easily and came up behind him. They danced around the ring for a while. John had to give Mike credit. He was strong, maybe a bit too strong for John. John was a flexible, former gymnast. And Mike was all man, and he didn't expect his muscles to be so powerful.

When Mike's arms wrapped around his neck, John squirmed. "Fuck fuck fuck..." John gasped, clawing at Mike's arms. He'd broken his neck when he was a gymnast. He spent almost over a year in recovery. And his neck was still a very weak point. His tan, flawless face was etched with pain. And his eyes were almost pleading up at Mike to let him go.

The Miz was ruthless though, he did no one any favors, if he did he would get stabbed in the back like he had been so many times before...
But...
Something about John made Mike want to do something he had never done before, John made him want to let go, just to see that face stop making the sad eyes at him. It made his heart ache. Something about John Morrison, he didnt know what but...He couldnt help it. The Miz loosened his hold, the Mike side of him winning him over and making him release the other man. Though as soon as he let go, the Miz was right back on the offense.

John massaged his neck and did his best to shake off the pain. He looked up at Mike, his eyes thankful. But he quickly jumped back to his feet and resumed the the fight. John didn't have much left in him, but he made sure he gave it his all. His supple, petit body had taken it's all, though. So he didn't bother kicking out, Mike having the victory. He scolded himself as he sluggishly went backstage. He knew he should have prepared his neck better, but he lost. he wasn't going to complain. Of course, he didn't want to lose to Mike, but he couldn't take anything away from him.

Mike wore the largest smile ever, pouncing around the ring lie he owned it. He loved winning, its what he did best. The man rested in the spot light for only a moment before following John back stage, a slight spring in his step. He was back to being the charming, bubbly Mikey that everyone knew. "Hey! Morrison! Great match!" He shouted, getting in step with the slightly smaller man.

John looked up as he put ice on his neck. "Hm? Oh, yeah. You did great, Mizanin. I didn't expect that from you." He said, smiling almost invisibly. "But I'm sure I'll catch you next time. No one can compare to me." He said. In an instant, his wall was back up. He tried to forget his moment of weakness in the ring. Mike saw him in pain. John would rather be perceived as the bitch no one liked but everyone wanted to fuck, than as a pathetic loser who couldn't take a little pain, And had to beg to be released before he ended up in tears.
