Sweet Serendipity

John clenched his jaw but simply nodded silently. He wasn't afraid of Junior, but he did fear Alexander McQueen. He knew what the man was capable of. He knew Alexander was not afraid to get rough with his models, especially John as he was always the loose cannon. "Right." He said. "I'll get out of your hair sir." He said quietly, going to get his measurements and weight taken for the pre show in a couple days.

Junior had quickly found another model, the complete opposite of John. Blonde hair and blue eyes, fit but not as defined. He was respectful and he wasn't a diva. But there was something about the way John challenged him that... attracted him to the model. But he had to stop worrying about John. He was a disrespectful, arrogant diva and Junior didn't need the stress John gave him.

John whimpered as McQueen put him in a corset that squeezed the oxygen out of him. He bit his lip as McQueen tied the corset up in the fitting room. "S-Sir... I can't breath..." He gasped, putting his hand on his stomach which was being squeezed.

Junior was watching as the models tried on their clothing. They all fit perfectly. He sighed with a smile, he was ready for the show. John was the furthest thing from his mind. He talked with the newest model, whose name was Alex Ariehti, and he was happy with the outfits that were chosen for him. Junior smiled and nodded, telling everyone that they were done for the day. He went back to his office, sitting at his desk and sighing.

McQueen yelled at all his models, telling them they better skip breakfast and dinner from now until the pre-show, and to fashion week. They had no choice but to comply.

The pre show finally came around, and the models and designers scrambled around the backstage of the runway to get their models ready. John felt incredibly ill and lightheaded from not eating. "Sir, I need to eat, please." He pleaded with his boss.

Junior, unlike most of the other designers, was relaxing. His models were dressed for their first round, and he was ready for this to be over. He hated big shows like this, but they were necessary.

John watched as Junior's models were up first. The new one, the blond, he was good, but not defined and his walk could have been better. But john was really focusing on staying conscious. He stood near the entrance of the runway, waiting to go out. He swayed a bit but he regained his balance. He didn't know what was about to happen on the runway.

Junior glanced at John, noting that he looked like horrible. He sighed and paid attention to his models, smiling at how they did.

John was up and he walked down the runway. He had a perfect walk. But as he got at the end of the runway for the pose, John felt a horrible pain in his stomach from not eating. And the corset squeezing the air out of him was not helping. He passed out cold, dropping to the floor of the runway.

Junior looked down the runway when he heard a noise. He saw people crowding around something on the floor. He frowned and walked over, squatting to see what was going. He gasped. John was out cold. And everyone was just standing around. He growled and dialed 911, telling the operator was had happened. They sent an amublence.

The medics came, and immediately saw what John was wearing. The cut open the suffocating corset, seeing his heart rate returning back to normal. The lifted John onto a stretcher and took him into the ambulance, already guessing that he had passed out from suffocation.

Junior bit his lip as he watched John get taken away by the medics and put into the ambulence. He ran a hand through his hair. It didnt make sense. Why did John have them tie the corset so tight? As a model, he should know how dangerous that was.

John was taken to the hospital, fed fluids and other things through an IV after determining he had been starved for the past few days. When he awoke, he groaned. He knew McQueen would be pissed.

Junior had finished everything at the show and sent his models home, telling them to have a good meal and get some good sleep. After that, he went to the hospital to see John. He found his room after a bit of looking and walked in, worrying his bottom lip.

John glanced up when he heard someone walk in. He was surprised to see i was Junior. "Um..." He cleared his throat. "What... what are you doing here? Thought you were done with me." He said quietly.

"Whats wrong?" Junior asked. "Like- What happened? Why did you faint?" he added, sitting carefully in the chair next to the bed.

John looked down. "I couldn't breath. The corset was too tight. And... I hadn't eaten in days." He said, chewing his lip.

Junior frowned. "Why? I mean, as a model you should know how dangerous that is. It just... Doesnt make sense," he said, thinking that John had done it to himself. He didnt know that McQueen made him do it.

"I know it's dangerous! But McQueen didn't give me an option. He pretty much forced me into the cloths and made sure I didn't eat breakfast or dinner. I was eating once a day. And I didn't have a choice." John snapped.

Junior looked at him and froze. "He... What?" was all he could get out, and that was probably the least intelligent thing he could have at the moment. He just couldn't believe it. Alexander was a friend, and he was starving his models. And he practically gave John to him on a silver platter! God, he was a dumbass.

John clenched his jaw. "I wanted tot ell you, but I knew you'd either think I was lying or you just wouldn't care." He said lowly. John really did want to tell... but after seeing how Junior was, he thought it was pointless and would be a vain effort.

"I probably wouldn't have believed you. I don't take kindly to disrespect, so when I get disrespected, I'm not thinking straight. In my mind, you've gotta earn my respect and you do that by respecting me," Junior said, thinking back to what John did that night at the club.

"And I don't respect cocky assholes." John said. "Look... if your here to fight with me, and tell me how disrespectful I am, you can leave. I don't need this, or you. I'll go back to McQueen, and you can go back to your perfect, obedient, mindless models."

"First off, Im not a cocky asshole. You dont know me, dont try and act like you do. Second, Im not here to fight or tell you how disrespectful you are. Im here because I was concerned. Third, dont call my models mindless. They're some of the smart people. Just because they're nice doesnt mean you get to bash on them," Junior said calmly.

"Whatever." John muttered. "Look, you see I'm okay. You can leave now. Alexander will be here soon anyway." He said, looking down.
