What happens in Vegas

"I enjoy lots of things. Long walks on the beach, candlelit dinners. I enjoy cuddling and relaxing. Spending time with my family. That's big with me. I'm a family person. I don't know where I would be without them. Um, I like to read every now and then. Watch movies. I can cook. If the food comes with directions," Ezera replied, chuckling a bit.

"Your turn. What do you enjoy doing?"

"And you said you were shallow." Kevin kidded playfully as he lightly nudged her. "Me? Well I like to read, especially the classics. Shakespear, Poe, you name it, I like it. also I'm fond of building things with my hands. I've built birdhouses, dog houses, mail boxes, bookshelves. I guess you can call me a carpenter."

He looked out over the pool; watching the moon reflecting off the surface of the water for a moment, reflecting on those times in his life where his skill with wood and his hands were the only things that kept him from being poor.

"So, movies. What type of movies? Horror, comedy? And your favorite color."

"I love pretty much all types of movies. I don't really have a favorite, either. It all depends on my mood. I've seen so many movies, it's ridiculous. As a kid, me, my dad and my brother would see every movie that we wanted to. Some sucked, some were good. I still see movies, but not many. I'm a busy person," Ezera chuckled, looking down at the ground, her hair falling and hiding her face from him momentarily. She looked back up and her hair fell back into place. "My favorite color is blue, pretty much any shade. Because with blue, all shades are pretty. I don't think there's a shade of blue that's ugly," she chuckled again.

"Now you. Favorite movie and color."

"Hmm." Kevin pretended to think for a moment. It wasn't that he didn't like movies, but he'd never really seen the point of them, after a moment he spoke. "Based on real life movies. I like to see Hollywoods' interpatation on events that shaped someone's life....and Keanu Reeves movies. I'm fond of that stoner wanna be badass." He chuckled again before motion to his clothes that were red and black with silver interspersed. "Well I like dark colors, mainly Red and Black because there is really nothing that be done wrong with those two. They always go together and are compatable with Silver."

That wasn't the only case, but it was the main. And the fact that Red and Black were always popular; even if it singled one out as a 'goth' or some other nonsense. You were always noticed and most times it gave a bad boy air about one.

"Children? Do you want a family some day?" He asked even though he knew that that question was a deeply personal question; he always loved to see womens' reactions to it.

"Right now I don't. I may in the future. I don't really know. I love little kids, but to a certain extent. That's part of why I work here. There aren't a whole lot of kids to bug me. How about you? How do you feel about kids?" Ezera asked, pulling him over to a couple of chairs and sitting down in one.

She had been asked that a few times, a lot of people telling her that she would make beautiful children, but right now, she just could not see herself having kids.She was far too young for that.

Gracefully Kevin took his seat. Kids weren't something he thought about. Mainly because he couldn't reproduce; and secondly it'd always been sore subject since his rebirth as a Vampire. He'd wanted a family, kids to come running to him when they had scraped knee or a 'boo-boo'. He pushed the maudlin thoughts away and focused on Ezera's eyes.

"Well Goddess to be painfully truthful, I want kids. But I dont' know if I'll ever have them. I had a dibilating injury at one point in my younger days and since then..nothing. If you catch my drift. It was part of the resason why my most recent ex left me."

He cleared his throat and searched his brain for another question, not sure really where this line of informational questioning was going.

"Holiday? Do you have a favorite Holiday? Or time of year?"

"Definitely Christmas. I get to spend time with my family and eat amazing food and get presents. I don't think any other holiday could match up to that. It's a stressful time of year, but it's the best. What type of things do you look for in a person?" Ezera asked, eyes scanning over his face, trying to identify the emotions but it was like as soon as she saw them, they were gone.

"Hmm, that's a good one. I base most of my reactions off of the reactions of those I'm with. But I guess, what I look for in a mate is someone that can over look flaws; I know I seem perfect, but I'm far from it. I'm a person that takes overtime to make sure that my life is as comfortable as possible. I sometimes leaves clothes on the floor and I'm guilty of not putting the cap back on the toothpaste. I want someone that can laugh at and with me when life gets back at me for my random acts of stupidity. Honesty too. I want someone that can be honest with me over anything." And most of all I want someone that doesn't care that I'm a demon of the night.

Kevin cleared his throat and smiled at Ezera. "What about you Goddess, what do you look for in a person?"

"Honesty and trust are the two major things I look for. But also someone who's real. They don't hide who they are or go with the flow. They're not perfect, because no one is. They're flaws is what makes them who they are. I like someone who get embarrassed at little things and someone who could just sit back and relax one day, and be busy the next. Someone who doesn't see me for my looks or my flaws or my money, but for the person that I am on the inside, but thinks that my looks and money are the icing on the cake, so to speak," Ezera answered, smiling slightly. "So far, no one's fit the bill."

"Obviously, you aren't a virgin. How old were you when you lost it?"

Kevin made a surprised face and chuckled. "Wow, Goddess, going for the low blows." He laughed heartily thought, he couldn't even remember his first time. "Well, I was still in school; I think I was in the 10th? grade....maybe." He smirked and nudged her lightly. "What about you? When did you give someone the treasure, or have you?"

Ezera smiled. "I drank a lot in high school. Being loaded and gorgeous makes you one of the popular ones, and as a teen, I gave into peer pressure. So yeah, it's gone. Ninth or tenth grade. Ninth, I think. A party. At a seniors house, to said senior," she replied, blushing slightly. "Not my biggest mistake, but a mistake nonetheless."

"I could turn this conversation sexual, but I'll save that for later in the relationship. You watch wrestling? WWE? TNA?"

"I've caught it on tv a few times, but I wouldn't say that I watch it regularly. Mainly when I'm tired and there's nothing else on. It's a soap opera for those of the homosexual bent....not that there's anything wrong with that, but Wrestling is basically as close to gay porn on tv as you can get." Kevin laughed an brought Ezera's hand to his lips, kissing the back gently. "Do you watch it Goddess?"

Ezera chuckled. "Yeah, I guess it is practically gay porn. And yes, I watch it whenever I get the chance. My father actually used to wrestle. My grandfather, too. My other two brother wrestle, but not for WWE or TNA. Brett's at FCW and Mike works the indies. I see them whenever I can," she replied, smiling. "So what's with the nickname 'Goddess'?"

Kevin grinned. "Every woman is a Goddess, and I don't know your name. Does it bother you that I find you more beautiful than Venus. Goddess?"

"Not at all. I was just curious as to why you chose it," Ezera said with a shrug. In fact, she loved being called Goddess. She had never been called that before, though there was a wide variety of other things she had been called by men and women alike. "I suppose I could try to come up with a nickname for you, but I suck at that," she chuckled.

Kevin laughed. "A nick name is of no consequence to me Goddess. I am merely your servant and as such just the utterance of my name from your lips is enough for me."

Kevin looked up and seen that the night was growing later and the stars were glowing brightly against the velvet sky. A star shot across and Kevin point up.

"Look Goddess, a shooting star make a wish."

Ezera looked up and saw the star, smiling a bit. She didn't need to make a wish - she had all that she wanted, or close to it. She made it look like she were making a wish, when she was really thinking: All I want is you in my Penthouse suite.

She sighed slightly when it passed and looked at Kevin again.

Kevin watched Ezera instead of the star and though he thought that she wasn't really making a wish he couldn't tell. He'd not developed his mindreading power; instead deciding to work on his seduction so that his meals wouldn't feel violated when they came too later and found themselves sore in various places. When Ezera looked back at him he tilted his head to the right a bit; the look on her face thoughtful and just a touch naughty at the same time.

"What's on your mind Goddess? You look as if you want to tell me something."

Ezera smiled a bit. "Not so much tell but ask. I'd like to know if you, uh, want to come to my suite with me. I'm off work for the night and I'm incredibly tired but I don't want to leave you quite yet," she said truthfully. Well, half truthfully. She wanted to get him into bed, too, but she could wait for that. And she wasn't someone who wait, and she always got what she wanted.

Kevin stood and held his hand out for Ezera. "Come Goddess, let's retire for the night to your suite. Besides the light of the moon is nothing compared to your beauty; it's shamed by your presence."

Kevin could feel the change in her attitude and while he had a good idea about how he wanted the night to end he wasn't going to push anything; it wasn't his way. Now if she showed the right signals he'd have no problem showing her the earthly delights of the flesh and few unearthly ones as well.

Ezera smiled and took his hand, standing up. She walked with him yo the elevators, pressing the call button and waiting for the elevator to arrive.

She glanced at Kevin, biting her bottom lip. She wasn't sure what was going to happen when they got to her suite, and the nervousness and the excitement of the unknown possibilities made her heart beat faster.

The elevator arrived and the doors opened. They entered the elevator and Ezera took out her her key, pressing the Penthouse button and putting the key in the lock next to it and turned it. The button lit up and doors slid closed as the elevator started to ascend.

She crossed her arms, watching the floor numbers go by as they moved up. It was silent, but not awkwardly so. After a few minutes, they had made it to the Penthouse and the doors slid open. She took Kevin's hand again and pulled him into the hall between the suite and the elevator. She walked over to the door, unlocking in and pulling him in before closing and locking the door. She turned and motioned to her suite. "Here we are. My humble abode," she said with a small smile.

Kevin looked around, taking in the decor; it was obvious that she lived well and took good care of her things. His eyes flicked from the well stocked bookshelf to the neatly stacked books on the table. Either she was very anal about how she kept her things or she never touched those two things.

He turned and looked at her, smiling "Nice taste in decor. Did you do it or did you have it done for you?" It wasn't said maliciously just in wonderment; he'd never found a person with money that decorated their own place.

"A bit of both, actually. I picked everything out, the decorator organized it. I know, I have amazing taste. Wait until you see the bedroom," Ezera said with a smile. She walked through the suite to the bedroom and over to her closet to pick out some pajamas. She went into the bathroom, but left the door open.

"Make yourself at home! I have to take a quick shower!" she called to him, starting up the shower.

Kevin shook his head; he'd seen girls murdered for behaviour like this, and by some of his own crew. He fought the urge to teach her a lesson and just roamed around the apartment; looking at each thing he came across for a good while until he ran out of things to ponder.

The water was still running in the bathroom so Kevin took a seat on the couch, stretching out with his legs open wide and his arms laying across the back of the piece of furniture as he waited.

Ezera took as quick a shower as she could, making sure to be thorough yet fast. She stepped out of the shower about twenty minutes later, wrapping a towel around her body. She walked into her room, throwing on some pajamas and running a brush through her hair quickly. When she was done, she walked out to the living room and smiled at Kevin, sitting next to him. "So what do you think?"
