Sweet Serendipity

John just glared. He didn't understand, but he knew he called John a name. "Conyo." He huffed and stood with the other models, waiting for Junior to actually tell them what to do already.

Aidric rolled his eyes, giving each one the instructions that Junior would have given them.

John went to hair and makeup as the building filled with designers and critiques and photographers. He bit his lip nervously, hoping everything would go smoothly tonight. He glanced at Aidric. He and Junior seemed close. John felt a little jealous of that.

Aidric sighed and sat down. This is why he was a photographer. As he glanced at John, he frowned. What did Junior see in him? It had always been Junior and Aidric. What was going to happen now?

John looked back at Aidric. "You should start cutting the crap ya know, You're not the only man in Junior's life now."

Aidric gave John a look. "I wasn't the only man in his life to begin with," he said.

John shrugged, rolling his eyes before going to the runway entrance with the other models as he was all dressed in the first outfit.

Aidric, too, rolled his eyes. He knew he wasn't the only man in Junior's life. But he was still his best friend.

Alex saat in the crowd quietly. But he was in the back, waiting for John to come out.

John watched anxiously as the other models walked. He had a bad feeling in the pit of his stomach.

Aidric watched all the models, making sure none messed up. When each model got back, he immediately ushered them to the changing section to switch their clothes.

John let out a breath as he walked the runway. He did flawlessly, his nerves calming a bit. He loved modeling. He didn't see the gun pointed right him in the crowd. The shot rang, and John fell to the ground. He looked at his stomach, blood everywhere.

Aidric's head shot up when he heard a gunshot. "Well, that's not good," he said and ran out, seeing John on the floor. "Shit," he said, and called 911.

John was bleeding quickly, his conscious fading. But he tried to stay awake. He'd be damned if he left Junior, especially like this.

Aidric sighed as the medics took John away. Junior would not be happy.

John was unconscious as they brought him to the hospital, having lost a lot of blood. The Doctor, seeing as John seemed to be Junior's significant other, told Junior the news of John's attack.

Junior's eyes went wide when the doctor told him what had happened to John. "What?! He was SHOT?! By who?!"

The Doctor sighed. "Alex McQueen. he was just arrested, and had a gun on his person, is what the cops said. Once he's stabalized, we can roll him in your room if you like."

Junior nodded, leaning back on his bed. John had gotten shot...

It took almsot a day for John to get stabalized before they rolled him into Junior's room. He was unconscious. The bullet had just missed his stomach.

Junior glanced over at John, the last day having been Hell. "Johnny..." he whispered.

john groaned, coming out of his sleep. He glanced over at Junior. He smiled softly. "Baby..." He whispered. "See? Even a bullet can't keep me from you." he chuckled weakly.

Junior rolled his eyes. "I know, baby. I know." And he did. Because the same went for him.
