Behind the desk

John scoffed. "I have the Heartbreak Kid in my bed... I've seen him and I've seen Wade... and Wade is more like... a little Sailboat. And Shawn is the... Titanic. Except he ain't sinkin' anytime soon." He smirked as he put away his dish.

Wade turned red and stormed out of the room. Nolee looked at John, "Do you really hate him all that much John? He's a gentleman to me..."

John shrugged. "I don;t hate him... I just dislike him immensely. He almost broke my neck and he broke my heart. And he didn't even do it in a nice way." He muttered.

Nolee hung her head, "I'll break up with him then. I can't date someone my best friend hates..."

"I told you! I don't hate him. Nolee, don't beak up with him because of me. We'll always bicker, and say mean shit to each other. But I wouldn't want you to break up with him." John said.

"Well I just can't date someone who bickers so much with my best friend..." Nolee frowned, taking a bite of her food. "I love him don't get me wrong but...well...I just don't want you or him to feel uncomfortable."

"I'm not uncomfortable. And i don't think he is either. We just... it's kinda like an old fighting married couple, ya know? It's not like we're actuall gonna claw at each other, Nolee. A few snide comments like a stepmother and the wife-to-be would act." John said.

Nolee nodded, "I think he could be the one..."

John smiled. "Awwww, you're so in love it's like a love story!" He squealed and poke Nolee's arm repeatedly in excitement.

"How is this anything like a love story?" Nolee laughed.

"Hell tot he fucking no. You just watched your best friend get tortured in a basement... and enjoy it." John chuckled. "This is more of a... tall tale then a love story."

Nolee paused, "Do you...do you think that my parents would like him?"

"I think they'd be weary... but I think think 'Well if she's happy, then so are we.'" John said with a soft smile.

"And Jerry likes him right?"

John pursed his lips. "I don't think he likes how Wade is, career wise. Like what he does on TV. But I think Jerry will be fine if you married him. You're happy, then he's happy."

"Oh...I don't think he'll propose...." Nolee blushed.

John shrugged. "You never know... Anyway, I gotta go get ready to go to the hospital." He said, kissing Nolee's cheek before he went tog o get ready.

Nolee nodded, "I should prolly make sure Wade's okay..." she walked into the bedroom, looking at Wade who was sitting on the bed. "John's sorry..." Shawn smiled at John, "You got any of my merchandise in your closet?"

John smiled. "I always kept a few things." He smiled and grabbed Shawn's hand, pulling him into his house-size closet.

Wade scoffed. "That Diva is a bitch... why do you hang out with him? You're so much better than him."

Shawn laughed, "Why doesn't that suprise me little darlin? I kept a pair of your glasses..." Nolee sighed sitting next to him, "Johns done a lot for me. See...I use to be a superstar before I quit the business the first time. I was fighting guys like Test on a daily basis. Its taken a lot of adjusting to get use to this and Johns been here to help me..."

Wade crossed his arms. "If you say he;s a good person then... fine. But he's still a bitch."

John blushed, pecking Shawn's lips. "I knew you like those glasses..." He chuckled and pulled Shawn tot he second floor of his closet and over to a shelf. "Here we go." He said, gesturing to Shawn's merchandise. The hat, the t-shirts... even a pair of his wrestling chaps from a fantasy of theirs.

Nolee bit her lip, "He said he didn't mind me dating you and...and didn't argue when I said you might be the one..." Shawn laughed, dressing in his gear. "God I'm getting fat..."

John crossed his arms. "You are not fat You're still sexy as hell. They fit perfectly... and I don't mind if their tight... looks damn hot." He purred.

Wade nodded. "Well i think you're the one."

Shawn smiled, "Haven't worked out in a few days..." Nolee smiled widely, "Really?"

Wade nodded, smiling. "Really." He said. John tsked. "Does this mean I gotta whip your ass at the gym?" He asked, going over to his own merchandise and putting on a John Morrison t-shirt along with his jeans Pumas and signature sunglasses with the crosses.
