Careful what you say

Seth was still sitting on the bathroom floor, having barely moved since he'd sat. He'd never dealt with stress well. He was shaking slightly from the stress and feeling sick. The cold floor didn't help.

Jay knocked nervously on the door. "Are you ok?"

Seth didn't answer, he heard someone there but didn't even look up.

Jay sighed and laid down on his bed.

Seth shivered slightly, but didn't get up. He knew it was Jay that was out there and didn't feel like going out there again just yet.

Jay soon feel fast asleep.

Eventually Seth got up, no longer willing to put up with the cold floor. He didn't bother looking in the mirror, but he knew he probably didn't look so good. He quietly opened the door and came out of the bathroom and saw Jay asleep on his bed.
He wasn't sure why, but Seth found himself smiling slightly. Shaking his head, he left the room, hungry again.

Jay woke up a little after Seth left. He yawned and slowly got up. His stomach growled and he went to go eat.

After eating, Seth had gone out drinking again, even though he knew he shouldn't. Seth was just glad he didn't have to work today.

Jay sighed as he finished eating and decided to head into the bar. Jay didn't drink often but he'd just finished with Randy bothering him again and he wanted to take his mind off it.

Seth looked up when someone else came into the bar and sighed when he saw who it was. He ignored Jay, hoping he hadn't purposely followed him and kept drinking.

Jay just ordered a drink, he was too tired to notice it was Seth.

Soon, like the night before, Seth had had enough drinks to barely know what he was doing, or remember that he was avoiding people.

Jay soon stumbled back drunkenly to his and Seth's room. He didn't notice Seth was on his way back to their room as well.

Seth had left a few minutes earlier and was already in the room by the time Jay got back. He was sitting on one of the beds, he wasn't sure which, staring out the window.

Jay walked in and stumbled towards his bed before sitting down. He sat looking at Seth.

Seth looked over at him when he heard a sound and smiled at Jay.

Jay smiled back. "Hey."

"Hey there..." Seth said back, greeting him the same way he had the night before.

"Whatcha looking at?" Jay asked.

Seth shrugged "Outside." He looked back out the window, but not to ignore Jay like he would normally.

Jay nodded and went over to join Seth.

Seth stared out at the lights outside, a small grin on his face.

"Its pretty out." Jay said as he continued to look out the window.

Seth slowly nodded, looking back at Jay.
