Hunger, Intensity and Humanity Empty
PostSubject: Hunger, Intensity and Humanity   Hunger, Intensity and Humanity Empty11/06/11, 05:02 pm

Randy sat in the park by himself, scouting for food. He was hungry and need some fresh food. There were quite a few choices, but none looked particularly appetizing.

Randy would often scout for food alone, though he had promised Thorn he would never go alone. Randy could get a bit... Out of control, even in his older age. By now, he should have more control over his hunger.

Randy had always been... Impulsive, even when he was a human. But as a vampire, it was multiplied. He always acted before he thought about the consequences. He was an instinctive person. He went on instinct, as if he were some kind of animal trying to survive in the wilderness.

That was how he lost the one person he had ever loved. He had gone too long without feeding and his hunger overtook him. When he came to hours later, his lover was dead and he felt the last of his humanity leave. He no longer cared about life, or love.

Randy took a deep breath, inhaling all the scents when a familiar one drafted into his nose. He bit his lip and looked around, trying to find him. He knew he was in trouble, and that Thorn had found him. He seriously needed to start listening more.

PostSubject: Re: Hunger, Intensity and Humanity   Hunger, Intensity and Humanity Empty11/06/11, 05:18 pm

The night was his friend, he could use it's shadows to help him hunt, to conceal him from the eyes of his prey. He stopped for a moment and sniffed, Randy was near and most times that was a bad sign. He sighed and slipped from beneath the shadows of the trees to work his way over to the younger man's side.

They'd been brothers of the night for a while, something that at times Thorn was thankful for but at the same time he felt guilty. After all if it weren't for him Randy would still be human. They'd crossed paths one night, and while they had always been cordial to each other in the ring and in the arena that night things had changed; he had let his hunger guide him and the anger that was just below Randy's human surface was like a drug to him.

He'd fed that night, taking almost too much and at the last minute it had been let the young man die or turn him to give him enternal life. He had chosen the latter; he couldn't have the death of another innocent on his head. The young mother and her unborn child had been enough and he had vow'd then to keep from killing if he could help it.

His senses brought to Randy in quick time and he stood quietly, placing a hand on Randy's shoulder. No words were needed, he knew that Randy knew he wasn't supposed to hunt on his own, but at the same time when one is around forever and eternity then a constant companion can be bothersome. The smell of the various offerings that the park afforded were varying and one scent in particular teased his senses and he pointed to the shadow in the darkness.

"Him."

John loved to walked through the park at night. Many would tell him it was dangerous to do so, god knows what was lurking in the shadows or behind the trees. But John just shrugged them off. It helped clear his mind. He'd been having rough days lately, and he just needed to get out of his house and take a soothing walk.

He always did this when he was troubled. It helped clear his mind of the stresses and loneliness in his life. John hated being lonely. And that's all he was lately. Needless to say that made him very unhappy. He tried not to think about it as he walked.

John had a sense that someone, or something, was watching him. He looked around occasionally, but he didn't see anything through the thickness of the night. He felt a little nervous about the feeling he was getting... like something bad was going to happen. But he shook his head and tried to calm down. He had no clue what was about to happen next.

Randy nodded as he watched the young man nervously make his way through the park. He didn't even know what was about to happen to him. Something about that made Randy smirk. The power of being able to kill someone without even trying. To be able to break someone like a toothpick. To hunt someone who didn't know that they were being hunted. He knew that Thorn didn't like to kill. Randy did.

Randy got up and rolled his head and shoulders, trying to relieve the tension. But the only thing to relieve the tension was to feed. "Do you want to go first, or want me to?" he asked quietly, as not to alert the young man.

As he watched him, something became familiar about him. He wasn't sure what it was. Though he could see in the dark, he couldn't make out features enough to recognize someone. That's why he hunted at night. He didn't have to see who he killed.

A lot of the time, he didn't hunt to feed. He could go days without blood if necessary. He liked to hunt for the sake of the hunt. He loved the game if cat and mouse. He loved the power he held as an immortal. He had killed countless people all over the world. Most of the time, though, Thorn stopped him before he killed. Which was a good thing, because it helped them stay under the radar to the point where they didn't have to move all the time.

He licked his lips, eyeing the young man. He did smell delicious. He didn't know hwy he hadn't noticed him before. He was beautiful, from what he could make out. Fit. A nice body. He glanced at Thorn, awaiting his answer.

Thorn tilted his head and thought it over, knowing that if Randy fed first the young man would be a goner and while there were plenty of other options he wanted to taste him himself.

"I'll go first."

He crouched down and using his legs pushed up, sending him vaulting into the trees where he moved from tree to tree, dropping down behind the young man silently.

"You're out here alone, that's not safe."

His words were gentle and soft as he reached out and grabbed the young man's wrist and turned him, smiling to show that he wasn't a threat....at least not yet anyways.

John jumped, covering his mouth to hold back a scream. He looked up at the big man. He was tall, long hair, very muscled. Looked like he could crush John like a bug, no matter how fit he was.

"Y-Yeah... I um... was just going for a walk..." He said, his voice shaking which showed his fear.

And he was scared. Very much so. Despite the gentle smile, John felt like he should run. But he couldn't. His legs went to crap on him and his his voice was stuttering like a little pansy.

John could fight. But not against a man this size. And especially when you were as scared as John was.

"Uh... I-I'm gonna g-g now.." Te said and tried to hurry away from the mysterious stranger.

Randy chuckled as he watched Thorn and the young man. He was standing behind John at a distance, but if he turned around, he would see Randy. And if he ran, he would run straight into Randy. He was pretty much trapped. And Randy knew that Thorn didn't necessarily need him there, but it was something they did when they hunted together and fed off of the same person.

Being as he was, and where he was, his eyes roamed the backside of younger man's body. Since he was now closer, he could see just how fit he was. And now nice of an ass he had.

Randy was as sexual as he was immortal. He laid anyone and everyone he could. Yes, he was a whore. But he was immortal. What did he care? Why should he fall in love, get his hopes up for someone and then be crushed when they die and he doesn't? No. So he fucked. It was a good release of anger, though not good enough. It lasted maybe an hour before the anger was back.

Most of the time, Randy hurt many people due to his anger. And he didn't care. But Thorn did. He often gave him a lecture and a few times, he raised his voice. He was very protective and just wanted the best for Randy. That was the only thing Randy ever felt about. Disappointing Thorn, who's been practically his best friend since Thorn turned him.

John snatched his wrist away from the large man and ran in the opposite direction. Johnw as a fast runner. Very fast. but something told him that he wouldn't be able to escape whatever danger that was in store for him next.

He sprinted, and ran right into a hard figure, making him fall right to the ground as the figure didn't budge. He looked up, seeing a man just as scary as the one who had caught him not just moments ago.

The man was tall, muscled but not as much as the long haired man. But something told him this man was just as dangerous... just as dangerous. He was gorgeous... and scary at the same time. He could see the anger in his eyes. John was frozen on the ground, staring up into those ice cold, steely blue eyes that were filled with hunger and... lust?

That thought made John's hear rate pick up, his body start to tremble and his bright green eyes fill with tears. "P-Please... don't hurt me..." he whimpered quietly.

That voice... Randy shook his head. It wasn't possible. Shaking his head probably looked to the young man like he wasn't listening, but Randy didn't realize that.

He picked him up, not really looking at his face. He turned him around, holding him in place for Thorn. He leaned down, inhaling his scent and kissing his neck gently. He found his pulse, wanting badly to bite into his neck. And he would have in Thorn wasn't there.

"It's not me that's going to hurt you. Not right now, at least," he whispered in his ear, chuckling softly at the second statement. No, he wouldn't hurt John. He would only kill him.

PostSubject: Re: Hunger, Intensity and Humanity   Hunger, Intensity and Humanity Empty12/06/11, 09:39 am

Thorn watched the unfolding drama with glimmering eyes, he did love the chase; the way the adrenaline went pounding through the veins as they ran. It made the blood sweeter, more potent when he fed and it was only surpassed by a body in lust. He moved quietly; his feet not leaving any marks on the dewy grass as he come to a stop next to Randy and their prey; the sound of the young mans blood rushing through his veins making him lick his fangs in preparation.

Gently as if they were lovers he pulled John from Randy and held him close; his eyes searching the scared face as he traced the line of the jugluar beneath the skin. Sweat had started to appear on the skin and he inhaled deeply before bending his head and leaving light nips to the throat. It was all done slowly so that when he bit down that the pain would only be a faint twinge; the young mans body focusing on the other....more pleasurable feelings that he was making him feel.

As he suckled the skin his hands were never still and he touched boldly, on hand cupping and rubbing lightly at the apex of the man's thighs as he continued to feast on the flesh. Finally though he'd had enough and sank his fangs in deep, pulling mouthful after mouthful of the warm, heady ruby liquid that filled and fueled him.

John was still frozen, his heart pounding but his muscles paralyzed as he was pulled into the arms of the enigmatic man. "Oh god..." he whimpered he felt the man caress him gently, hold him close. It was an odd thing to do, John thought. He was about to get killed and this man was trying to comfort him.

He wanted to beg, but words refused to form in his mouth. His tongue was dry, his lip quivering and his tears were still in his eyes, though they didn't fall. He shivered, feeling hands rub his thighs as if they were about to make love. If John wasn't so scare, h would have been turned on. He hadn't been held like this in a while.

He gasped as he felt teeth sink into his neck. A scream built up in his throat but it only came out as a low groan. John felt dizzy, mixed feeling swirling in his body. His muscles tightened. It was like being bitten during sex. The pain was for pleasure. But John was still petrified. He had no idea what was goin on... was this man sucking his blood? He groaned again, feeling his knees buckle underneath him as this man sunk into him.

The surrender was always the best part; the yeilding to his desires despite what his meals felt inside and it thrilled him, making his hands bolder in their sweeps of his body. His touch turned more possessive as he pulled the young man close, his fangs still buried deeply as he pulled only one more mouthful, savoring the sweet tang the life essesnce against his lips and tounge.

Carefully he retracted his fangs and licked at the bleeding bites, leaving light kisses to them before moving up to his lips and lapping at them, smearing the left over blood on the soft petals. The heat from the fresh meal swirled in his stomach and under different circumstances he would have found them a secluded spot where they could have spent some time exploring bodies as he gave into another more, basic urge that fresh blood fuled...the need for bodily contact.

John felt lightheaded from the blood loss, but his body reacted the man's touch. He shivered as he felt kisses being placed over his wound from where he had been bitten. "Damn..." He moaned before he slowly feel to his knees, still pressed against the man. He felt heavy, his neck in a little pain but he felt... good? He was still confused. But he knew these men were obviously supernatural. He knew that this man had just sucked the blood out o him. Vampires... John thought.

He glanced over at the other man. The one with cruel hunger in his eyes. The panic and fear started all over again. On of the park lights flickered on and the dim light shone on John's face, revealing his perfect features, his shiny hair, his bright green eyes filled with fear. The larger man hadn't hurt him... but the the other one, the one with ice blue eyes seemed to want to hurt him. Make him suffer. "P-Please don't kill me..." He whimpered.

Randy smirked when Thorn finished with the young man. Thorn was always so... Intimate with his prey. Randy could be, too. Quite often, when he hunted alone, he seduced them into bed and drank from them during intercourse. After they were done, he finished them off.

The lights of the park turned on, making the features of the three of them clearer. Randy glanced at John and did a double take. He stared at the young man's face, eyes wide. He looked exactly like Jason... No. It just wasn't... How?

He walked forward slowly, his eyes fixed on the young man's face. He kneeled in front of him, hesitantly and shakily placing a hand on his cheek. His skin was so soft and warm, silky smooth and blemish-free. Just like Jason. "Jason..." he whispered quietly, tears springing to his eyes. He couldn't believe it. All these years later, he was staring into the face of his long lost love. He even had the same striking green eyes.

He ran a hand through the man's hair, closing his eyes at the silky feel. It was well taken care of, shoulder length light brown hair. Everything about this man screamed Jason, even his voice and the way his eyes got even brighter (if possible) when he was scared. He looked into his eyes, and the memories of that night hit him like a ton of bricks. The events of that night ran through his head and soon he wasn't in the park. He was too lost in his thoughts to realize that he had pulled away from the man and started backing away before turning and running, not paying attention to where he was going. He just needed to get away from the pain and torture that he was being put through.

John froze in his place as he felt the man's hand on his cheek. He bit his lip as he ran his hand through John's hair. Jason? Who was that? But to John, the man could call him whatever he wanted if it ment he wouldn't get killed. He shivered at the touch.

He'd been through a lot, and wasn't used the soft caress. But he closed his eyes, and let the strange man do whatever he wanted. John was still frozen, and the man could have ripped his cloths off and had his way with him and John wouldn't have even fought. Hell he was still so shocked about the fact that he had just gotten the blood sucked out of him and enjoyed it.

John opened his eyes and watched him run. He bit his lip and nervously glanced up at one who sunk his teeth in his neck, wondering what the hell just happened.

Thorn was torn, he'd taken enoug so the young man would live and seeing how Randy and himself were wanderers the brunette could spread word of 'Vampires' but he'd looked insane in the eyes of his peers so he wasn't worried about that but Randy's reaction...that's what bothered him. It wasn't everyday that Randy ran from something so for it happen it took a lot.

Looking down at the man still on his knees he cupped the smooth cheek and smiled; his voice low as he spoke. "Go home, it's not safe for you here on your own."

With that Thorn turned and in the blink of an eye he was gone, following his inate senses to find Randy, always thankful that the bond between them as Vampire and fledgling gave him the ability to find him nearly anywhere.

Randy ran for... He didn't even know how long. He just kept going until the tears blinded him and he had stopped, falling to the ground as the tears fell down his face in steady streams. He was so confused.

Jason had died. He had killed him. But then how did that man... He didn't know. All he could see was the fear in those eyes. The fear that he had seen so many time before. The fear that had taken away the last of his humanity and turned him into a cold creature of the night. He didn't know what to do.

He could get up and go kill him, acting like nothing ever happened. He could forget about him and go on with his life. No. He couldn't do either of those. He wouldn't. Then what was he supposed to do? He didn't know.

John simply nodded, scurrying up to his feet and ran. He ran faster than he ever had, fear amd confusing mixing in his mind. He hurried into his apartment that he shared with his boyfriend, Dave.

Dave looked up as John stumbled in. "Where the hell were you all night?" He asked.

John caught his breath before speaking. "I was talking a walk. Relax."

Dave raised a brow. "Really? What's with the hicky on your neck?" He growled, pushing John against the wall.

"It's not a hickey! I was..." John stopped, realizing how ridiculous the truth sounded.

Dave scoffed. "That's what I thought." He hissed amd slapped John so hard he fell to the ground.

John groaned, caressing his cheek, and found himself woshing he had been killed in the park when Dave dragged him into the bedroom.

Thorn caught up easily to Randy, letting him storm around the area he'd stopped in before speaking.

"It's not Jason Randall....and history doesn't repeat it'self if you don't let it."

He had fallen quiet then, sitting in the shadows and watching as his one time fledgeling and now long time companion, in many different capacities; mentally flayed himself for a wrong doing that he had had no control over. He'd tried several times to get Randy to understand that it wasn't as bad as he thought, but even as those words had left his lips the ghost of the two innocent on his hands reared their heads and he was swallowed down once more into his own darkness.

"Perhaps we should move on now Randall, find us a new place to hunt."

Randy took a deep breath and looked at Thorn, nodding slightly. "Yeah, I think that that would be a good idea," he said, sitting up and clearing his throat, wiping his tears.

Randy knew that they should leave. But seeing the man, the one who was so much like Jason, made him want to stay. It drew him in. He knew that it was no good whatsoever to stay, but Randy wanted to pay attention to this man, see what he does in his day-to-day routines. Seeing him stirred something within him. Something he hadn't felt since that fateful night he had killed Jason.

"Maybe... We could stay," he said quietly as he and Thorn began walking. "I want to watch him."

He understood; he really did. When one feels as deeply as Randy had done about Jason it didnt' take alot to get put back into a tailspin if one happened to run across someone that looked like or had the same mannerisms. After all it he had suffered from the same thing long ago himself and knew first hand how hard it was to move on when you felt a connection that strong with someone that reminded you of someone else.

"Randy..." He sighed and placed a hand on Randy's shoulder, unable to deny the younger vampire anything. "Fine we stay, but any funny business and we're leaving. Understand?"

Randy nodded slightly, a small smile on his face. His first real smile in what must have been years. "Thanks, Thorn," he said quietly, feeling thankful to have the older man as a mentor and a friend.

All Randy could think about was the young man. He didn't know his name, or how he tasted. But he knew how he smelt and how he felt. And that was enough to keep him here. He could already feel his feelings for Jason coming back to the surface, feelings he had pushed away a long time ago. He needed to clear his head.

"I'm going to take a little detour. I'll meet you back at the house," he said and followed the man's scent to his house. He climbed a tree and sat perched on a branch, staying in the darkness. He gazed into the window, a smirk coming to his lips as he spotted the young man in all his beauty.

John brushed through his hair in his mirror, having no idea that he was being watched. He jumped, feeling Dave wrap his arms around him from behind. "Dave, stop. I'm not in the mood." He said, trying to push Dave away.

Dave tightened his grip, looking down on the bite mark on John's neck. "I'm still waiting for an excuse for that hickey." he growled lowly.

"Dave I... you wouldn't believe me if I told you. No one would." John said, pulling away from Dave and moving to the other side of the room.

Dave grabbed John by his hair and pushed him on the bed. "Well then, I'll have to force the truth out of you." he said with a smirk, spreading John's legs.

"Dave, please, not tonight. I swear, I wasn't cheating..." He pleaded. Dave shook his head, and started to unbutton John's pants. John whimpered, wishing right now he was dead. He hated this, he hated Dave. Right now, he just hated his life.

Randy growled, not thinking before he acted. He was already in crouching position, so he just pushed off and dove through the window. The window broke into a million pieces, though it left no mark on his skin. He grabbed Dave by the neck and tore him off of John, throwing him into the wall. His eyes turned red, something that happened when he was hungry and angry. He walked up to him, smirking at the fear in his eyes. He leaned down and bit into Dave's neck harshly, knowing that the way he had bitten caused him immense pain. He took in mouthful after mouthful of blood, reveling in sweet taste of fresh, warm, human blood. When he had drained every drop from Dave, he dropped him to the ground and licked his lips, his eyes returning to normal. Then he turned around and looked at John.

Hunger, Intensity and Humanity Empty
PostSubject: Re: Hunger, Intensity and Humanity   Hunger, Intensity and Humanity Empty13/06/11, 08:14 pm

John looked on in shock as the man, the man he'd seen in the park had just killed Dave... sucked the blood out of him. He froze on the bed, pressed against the headboard. He was afraid all over again, afraid this man was going to drain the life out of him.

"P-Please... don't kill me..." He whispered, his voice quivering as he pressed even closer to the headboard, trying to to scoot away from Randy, as his legs refused to stand and run. Wouldn't do much good anyway. It seem the man would just catch him anyway.
