Jay bit his lip as he nodded slowly, he didn't like to think of the stuff Adam made him do.

Carter hugged him close, "If yeh tell me the nightmares will go away, trust me. When...when I was assaulted back in Texas when I told my grandfather my nightmares went away."

Jay bit his lip "He liked to take me without any prep and he'd never tried to make it any good for me it was all about him, i mean i like rough sex sometimes but it wasn't sex it was just rape." he whispered very softly.

"Yeah a lot of the time yes, people are either to drunk to notice someone leaving with another person and isn't easier to use our powers on them." Jay answered.

Carter smiled, "Do we have lots of powers?" he opened the truck door for Jay and waited for him to get in before going to the other side and getting in himself.

"We can push into another persons mind and give small pushes and suggestions, we can talk to each other and other vampire with our minds and most vampire are very strong but i'm not one of them." Jay finished softly.
